Dispute left over balance on my account

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN TODAY I SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE (JULIE) WHO ADVISED ME THAT MY MORTGAGE HAS MATURED AND THAT I STILL OWE $ 8800.00 BECAUSE OF LATE PAYMENTS, MY ISSUE WITH HER STATEMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN TAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK FAITHFULLY THE MONEY IS ALWAY THERE AND I WOULD LIKE THIS MATTER INVESTIGATED AND RESOLVED THERE IS NO FAULT FROM MYSELF ON LATE PAYMENTS, MY RECORDS SHOW THAT (YOU) BAYVIEW HAVE WITHDRAW PAYMENTS 2-3 DAYS AFTER THE DUE, YOUR REP. APPEARED TO ONLY GIVE THE ADVICE OF WRITING THIS LETTER ,GET ANOTHER LOAN,OR PAY THE $8800.00. PLEASE LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT FOR LOAN #0001xxxxx4,THE ADDITION OF THE $8800.00 IS UNJUSTIED..........A CONCERNED CLIENT......WALTER W. LOVE;9550 PREST,;PH#-587-xxxx...EMAIL/ybabtlaw@

User's recommendation: No problems to you see the light at the end of the tunnel and then all of a sudden it gets dark again my payments were deducted right out of my bank account which means I'm never late but I did charge for late payments.

Let the company propose a solution

MIS-INFORMATION //LIES //

Loan modification in process, payments all made, letter of approval, documents returned to lender... 5 days later letter of denial. They want to restart the modification process. Can not get a straight answer from anyone at the company..transfered to 5 individuals, all with a different story. Will not give you any answers, only well it may be.....

Forebarance

Why do you keep charging late fees for my loan which Im trying to get a forbearance plan in regards to Coronavirus. I should not be getting charged late fees while awaiting my forbearance. This is grossly ridiculous and needs to be addressed now. Its your fault that Ive been waiting since March to have this looked into. Please respond asap.

Because loser, trying doesn't count. But you have a way out, pull your agreement.

show them the special clause that says late fees won't be charged if (insert incident) happens and you're gold. If not....well deal with it.

FRAUD

Talked with two people today at Bayview one of them named Victor hung up on me or the call dropped one of the two. This company is the king of fraud just look at one of their ex-partners Steve Gordon got caught for wire fraud and cost this outfit allegedly 66 millions dollars. They talk about customer service and then ignore the basics of the consumer finance protection. They have employees that are ex-employees that have been criminal convicted and they just keep going and they still send out there dumb response call them number and we will do nothing. These people are all fraud and they are stealing the current stimulus money that the Feds are paying them so that they can play their games.I was dealing with a woman by the name of Cheryl Lofton and I guess so fronts for this outfit and does nothing since she ignores you just like the others.

Trying to illegally foreclose during a national and state moratorium on foreclosures during the pandemic!

They are trying to illegally foreclose on us while there is a national and state moratorium on foreclosures. They also keep calling us even after they've been told that we have an attorney and not to call us. We've also filed a complaint with our state attorney general's office, which they already confirmed what I knew, which was that their actions under current emergency executive orders that have been issued are 100% illegal!

Foreclosures usually start after 3 months of not paying. This virus and the order just hit a month ago. You were already in the hole. They're going to keep calling as they always have.

You know what this is. At least be man or woman enough to admit you were a Serial Dead Beat before the virus. Loser...

If you go to treasury.gov you can read about the acts of bad faith that they have done and apply them to your problem if you are having issues. Also an ex employee Dawn Killen read her information online about how she lost her job we she went to management to question...

As of today May 6th still nothing in my mind resolved. This company offers no compensation when they make an error they must be owned by TRUMP!

Still going no where with these idiots. They have several ex-employees that have been convicted of wire fraud and other types of fraud so this company has a set policy when it comes to screwing people. The latest that I have deal with is a Cheryl Lofton who is a senior vice president in charge of jerking people around and lying. This business I believe as my son has stated is a front for a terrorist group and that is where the money is going because they are not an honest loan servicing company. The consumer Finance Protection Agency and the Inspector General need to hear from is to get rid of these crooks. I believe that this business is a front for some type of terrorist group and they are taking Federal Money.

This Company Lies and has People wrking for them that have no clue

Since January of 2019 my wife passed away and we have a joint tenancy and these people have no idea what that means. They claim they will talk to me about the mortgage and then we I try to get something done I am ignored and they do nothing. I guess none at Bayview knows the law to become a successor on the property and they just keep going. Why have the Feds not taken control of this place with all the fraud and criminal activity going on.

Poor Service

Possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Horribly trained staff, rude and completely lost. Every month they incorrectly deposit the funds I send saying I have a late payment which is because they havent applied it to the correct account

My account was sold to bayview from CITI Financial because CITI financial got out of the mortgage business. bayview lost my VERY FIRST payment to them and continued to bill me. 4 months later, after having told bayview that I had delivery proof of their receipt of the payment, they still were adamant they had NOT gotten it. I got my Florida State's Attourney's office involved and they finally "found" my check, (as bayview told me,) behind the desk! Someone had "dropped" it accidentally. bayview is a crooked company. NEVER, EVER voluntarily do business with them. I am trying to finalize my mortgage with them and they can't even give me a straight payoff amount.

Avoid them and hope that you loan never gets sold to this idiots

My mother passed away on January 19th 2019 and for the past year I have been sending copies of her will and a quick claim deed to show that I am the Successor to the loan and for the past year they have done nothing but ask for the same thing over and over again. Also I had a heart attack and fell behind and they will not talk to me or help me with anything. These people maybe a terrorist front for the world.

All in an effort to foreclose. This is elder abuse, and Mortgage Loan FRAUD. We intend to take this all the way. Joseph Composto is the agent assigned to our case. My name is Richard Kuehne, and I have been making the payments for an elderly handicapped woman who has frequently been hospitalized. Chase bank sold the loan to Bayview, and I sent several emails to Bayview with an attached letter from the property owner asking Bayview to allow me to make payments on her behalf. When you call Bayview, Your agent is never available, does not return phone calls, or emails. After 4 months of no return contact from Bayview, I have had to send a cashiers check $104.13 Fedx charge to meet a deadline. The poor woman was so nervous about the way they handled her loan, that I was concerned for her health and had to take her to the hospital. This is elder abuse, and I am tired of it. I have provided an authorization letter from the owner, and I expect to receive monthly mortgage bills at my address, a new agent from Bayview who will return my calls and emails, and finally a hardship arrangement including a refund of late fees and the $104.13 Fedx charge I was forced to pay. I expect to see this prior to the 6th of December Or I will Take this to every appropriate Government agency, social media outlet, news agency, and start a class action law suit as well.

When calling Bayview, put a *67 in front of number. Then, when asked for loan number or social, keep entering only #, this will bypass assigned agent and get you MUCH faster service.

Payment Processing errors and invalid charges

Arranged payments via phone and website for specific dates which were confirmed, however, bayview would process the payments the next day in error and then apply returned payment fees and late charges. Failed to respond when provided proof of proper confirmation date for payments. Website does not allow issues or complaints to be submitted because it is constantly experiencing "technical difficulties".
