My Mom fell behind because of health issues (fell & broke hip-unable to work). They did a loan "modification" and her payment increased over $400.
They have started sending back her payments and want to foreclose. She is 80 years old and lives on Social Security. This company needs to be held accountable for all the people they've ripped off!
I have left voice mails and emails to Account Manager Paul Katen and have received no responses to date. It is a shame that my Mother has reached this point in her life and has to worry about whether she will have a roof over her head because of some greedy and heartless company.
