Bayview Loan Servicing - Short Sale Department

I have been trying to get a decision on a short sale offer for months now and no answer. It's hard to get a call back from managers and assistants.
The reason for the delay I am told is that the loan has been purchased and transferred several times which may have added on 3 months. I wish there was a larger selection of houses to pick from in this area but unfortunately I am left waiting on Bayview for an answer.
I understand that I am not their only customer but 4 months and no answer is crazy. Somebody please help!!!

This is the absolute worst company I have come across for dealing with a short sale. Asset Manager's and their supervisor's do not returm calls.
Filing a complaint doesn't even help. THe banks that are turning their loans to Batview need to realize this company is costing them a fortune by not processing the sales.
This is the truth. I have been trying to buy a short sale that the owner has not made a payment on the house in 2 years.
We have been trying to buy the house now for 5 months.. We cant even get them to tell us to go to ***. Just months go by then they will tell us to send docs that we have allready sent.
The part that is the worse for the bank that owns this stale asset is its a
$685,000 offer that is a fairmarket value for property condition. Crazy how bad they suck!!!
I have been in default for 4.5 years. They constantly called offering me special deals, refis etc.
I begged them to just take the house, indint want any deal, foreclose and do it quickly please. Just kept calling and mailing offers. I finally got a buyer in June of 2016. 6 months later still no final approval.
I hate to a cynic but i think they drag it out beause they will have a bigger write off, and or deficiency that they can come after me for in the end.
Money, the root of all evil.
