Tried to call 3 to 4 days in a row to make a mortgage payment before June 1st. I kept following the prompts on the phone, which continuously takes you through an endless cycle after stating "hit zero to speak with a representative or make a payment." Never happened.
Tried paying online, but since I waited till June 1st to think of this method, I was barred b/c I was 30 days late now. Here it is June 2nd and I still can't get through to customer service.
Can someone call me and take my mortgage payment?!?!? I never thought it would get to this point.
