My mortgage was transferred to Bayview Loan Servicing LLC on October 2, 2017. They started performing weekly "property inspection fees" before I even received the welcome letter.

I explained to at least three different people there that by law they cannot apply any fees for the first 60 days. They tried arguing saying that the federal laws do not apply to the state of Texas???? I warned them that if this continued I would be taking legal action which fell on deaf ears. By the way within the first three weeks of them servicing my mortgage, I paid them three months of morgage payments which brought me 14 days past due.

They are still continuing to charge me for weekly property inspections. My attorney is wondering how many others out there are being overcharged with unnecessary fees? Class Action Suit?

Respa violations? Federal audit red flag?

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Same problem with Bayview. Made 3 payments by mail, which they returned saying they wanted the full amount.

I am unable to get anyone on the phone or by mail to answer questions. Their reps have done property inspections 3 times and refuse to answer any questions!

I am ready for the class action law suit . My home was in florida .

Between the HOA and Great Country Mortgage Corps . Countrywide/Bank of America last of all BayView Servicing got a hold of my mortgage and it all for me. They had no standing at all, nor did any of the others. I was never served properly .

I live in CA. So I am ready to take them down.

The Brokers of my home loan are in prision for 11 years. Count me in

I'll join a class action lawsuit with Bayview. Have a house in Upstate NY that is with them.

Trying to get my name off of deed now and been getting runaround for months. Can provide more info privately.

Also had problems with payments being correctly applied and same issues as you. You can email me at brinkmansabrina@***.com

Yes, donโ€™t give up on them theyโ€™re liers and fraudulent. Thereโ€™s upper authority who as them to do so.

Letโ€™s just keep praying that they will be caught in action. We are paying them not be foreclose but they donโ€™t own our property I know.

I'm in Upstate New York(Waterford). Please keep me in mind for a class action as I have been doing what was asked but they served me with the 90 day notice and a day later I received the 30 day notice. JLBulson@***.com

They tried this with me as well. Contact your Attorney General and The States Attorney.

In ND if you are not listed on their approval list to do business they go after them. I am in the process of going after them. Since there are quite of a few I am looking at filing a lawsuit I will post to let you know. I have talked to my States Attorney and that is what he recommended.

I do not give a crap how big their legal system is. I have also reported them to my Congressman and Senators. They violate federal law when they feel like it. They are a predatory company and that is what people need to understand.

I have been dealing with them for two years. I am done.

I also worked for the IRS and I am turning in my documents their. They falsified information on their 1099

I too had my loan transferred to them without warning. They continue to say I am 1 month behind on my loan payment.

I have also seen the "inspection fees".

I have corresponded with letters but the charges continue on my monthly statements. Not sure about anyone else but I had been with Chase Mortgage for approximately 10+ years before the switch.
