This company exemplifies "the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". When you call to get any info, you always have reached the wrong department.
And when you're transferred to the right department, it's still the wrong department. Hold times are ridiculous. You could call one day and get info, call again the next day and info is not same. You would think with computer technology available, they would keep accurate records.
If you apply for any kind of assistance, count on it taking a year to resolve. I think this company should be closed down.
